These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StrutAI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

StrutAI lets you record or upload a short walking video and provides an automated analysis of your posture and movement, along with personalized suggestions. The analysis is for informational and self-improvement purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

StrutAI does not provide medical, physical-therapy, or health advice. The App's results are not a diagnosis. Consult a qualified professional for any health or physical concern. You use the App's guidance at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the videos and information you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit them. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the App's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store, and billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by that store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy of the analysis or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrutAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
